The complex is located in a great area of the Mediterranean coast. It consists in residential/care home with 188 rooms/units (more than 240 beds) split between 13 buildings apart hotel style. The proposed business caters for two distinct markets: 3rd age residence and recuperation and convalescence. Both markets are growing steadily in Spain. The residence (completely finished only needs to be furnished) has indoor pool with hydrotherapy, 2 outdoor pools, thermal spa, doctors surgery area, cafeteria, gym, treatment room, day centre, daily press… Operator free.
