The farmhouse has a huge basement and a private garden with an idyllic bake house that is still regularly used for baking breads and pies. From the courtyard (325 m2) the front door takes you to the central entrance hall (13 m2) of the house. Immediately striking are the authentic elements such as the beautiful tiled floor with checkerboard motif, the oak staircase and the half-timbered walls with original beams. The entrance hall takes you to the living kitchen, the Gentsroom, to the back door (into the garden) and to the basement .

Partially below the house is the vaulted cellar (54 m2) located in 2 parts.

The Gentleman’s room (23 m2) is currently used as an office with a meeting facility. In a design of the architect one extra holiday apartment can be created here.

The cosy open-plan living kitchen (26.5 m2) also equipped with a tiled floor with checkerboard motif is furnished with dishwasher, oven, pharmacy cupboard, fridge with freezer, electric hob and extractor. Various fitted wardrobes ensure plenty of storage space. In addition to the dining area, there is the all-burner.

The living room (23 m2) of the House is located in the former court room of the farmhouse. Visible here and preserved in the stucco is the original coat of arms of the Court. The comfortable room with wooden floor is equipped with a woodstove and has a view of the back yard.

Next to the kitchen there is the utility room with the guest toilet and a second entrance to the first floor. In addition to a spacious closet wall for plenty of storage space here is the connection for the washing machine and access to the garden.

The landscaped and fenced garden (250 m2) with various beds, lawn with sun terrace and carport completely belongs to the house. There is a garden house for extra storage and a small vegetable garden and chicken meadow. The former servants house with bake house (25m2) with a first floor has also been restored. The owners used to sell local products here and now bread, pie and pizza are regularly prepared and baked here in the traditional way. Behind the garden there are 6 private parking spots (75m2)

On the first floor you come to the first bathroom with shower (4.5 m2), toilet and sink. There are 3 (36.5 m2, 20 m2 and 23 m2) bedrooms here and the second very spacious luxury bathroom (19 m2) with bath, sink and toilet. Two mezzanines (10 m2 + 30 m2), accessible via a fixed staircase, one of which currently serves as extra sleeping space and one as a large storage room.

In the holiday homes the authentic elements of the history of the farm are still visible. For example the original and well restored brick arches ceilings and the half-timbered walls. Each apartment has a private entrance located on the courtyard with outdoor terraces. There is a neat furnished living room (ranging between 27 and 33 m2 ) with open kitchen. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Each 2 holiday homes are connected to each other by an inner door so optionally groups (up to 10 guests) can be received, which added value

This holiday house has a separate entrance through a private garden. Here also there is a living room with open kitchen. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Since 2018 the owners started a cooperation with the Belvilla-organisation doing so a part of the activities concerning promotion, booking and rental is placed external. This provided additional guests and the awards ' Certificate of Hospitality ' and ' Certificate of Excellence ' with a ' 9 ' (scale 10) as average customer review
