Holiday house
This holiday house is newly built in 2011 on the footprint of the old ruin according to an approved project by the council. The house has a total area of 165 m2. The owners currently rent this house out to families or groups until 8 persons.
On the ground floor you can find the entrance hall, 1 bedroom with bathroom, laundry with the washing machine and hot water pump, living room and kitchen with dishwasher, covered terrace with BBQ.
The first floor is reachable by the stairs which comes out in a small hall with access to both of the bedrooms with own bathroom.
The tree bedrooms are equipped with large fitted wardrobes.
The three bathrooms are equipped with toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower.
All windows have double glazing and outside window shutters .
The sliding window to the BBQ terrace is equipped with a roller shutter.
The whole house (except for the bathrooms) is equipped with air conditioning which also serves as heating .
Main house
The main house is the house where the owners live and there are two rooms on the first floor that are rented out as Bed & Breakfast. It was newly built in 2002 and finished by the current owners.
Ground floor:
* a spacious garage with space for two cars. This space also serves as a laundry (washing machine and dryer) and storage. Here is also the burner and fuel tank for the central heating.
* a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.
* a separate storage location.
* a workplace equipped with a sink, a large fridge and freezer and is currently used as breakfast kitchen and storage place.
A part of this ground floor can be converted into another room or apartment for renting out.
