It is one of the oldest properties in the Nerja region. Traditional Andalusian cortijo with a lot of charm and comprising 3 separate houses on the estate with a unique character. Currently the main house is used as a residential house for the main house and two others for rental. Interior and exterior views of the mountains, the valley and the sea (Nerja). Beaches and town of Nerja 5 minutes by car and n2 mns, Frigiliana, superb village classified in the most beautiful white villages of Andalusia, very touristy all year round. The grounds of the property have a lot of charm and give a very romantic aspect with its numerous terraces and natural riprap, some giving the appearance of caves. Stairs and passages in cobblestone or exclusively in old terracotta, many amenities and outdoor terraces with different points of interest and services depending on the season. Also an old traditional Andalusian oven and many trellises, gazebos, fish pond, stone sculptures and fountains. One side of the hill includes ancient olive groves for olive oil. Another part includes very large old trees and a natural plant part. The Nerja region is subtropical and the land is surrounded by mango and avocado plantations. In the park there are many algarobos that are around 150 years old (local trees protected in the area). Also many citrus fruits, figs and other varieties. The terraces are a kind of botanical garden with a very wide range of varieties of cacti and succulents. Also many exotic plants that are only found in Europe in this region. There are 2 entrances to allow separation with our tenants and different parking spaces. Licenses for the rental "Casa Rural" for each house. Lots of possibilities for different activities with the land and the houses.
